Connecting Seniors Coffee Hour

The Connecting Seniors Coffee Hour is part of the Connecting Seniors Programs and is typically offered following completion of the A Time For Me 8-week Psychoeducation Group.  Connecting Seniors Coffee Hour is a non-therapeutic group that provides opportunities for social connection and community education.  Connecting Seniors Coffee Hour is offered monthly for 1.5 hours, with a break during the summer months (July and August).  Members gather for coffee, cookies, and socialization.  There is a topic of discussion which can be facilitated by the group facilitator or may involve a presentation from a community organization/resource.
